Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. In the event that you need to cancel your participation in a Raw Freedom product or event you must inform us, in writing, of your intention to cancel. You may contact us via email or letter. If you declare your intention by phone you may also be asked to confirm in writing. The acceptance of a cancellation during a phone call will be at our discretion and you will be informed of our request for written confirmation during that call.

2. Once we have received your request to cancel or withdraw from an event or program, we will acknowledge receipt of your request for cancellation, and the date of receipt, via email within 7 days.

3. The amount of refund due will depend on the number of day’s notice that you provide. Each product and event has a different scale of refunds; these are posted on the website and will be sent to you via email within 7 days of confirmation of acceptance on the program or event. It is your duty to read and understand this policy.

4. Please keep copies of all emails and letters that you send to us regarding cancellation. Occasionally emails and letters do go astray and we will need copies should any discrepancy arise. Always allow your email account to save a copy of any emails sent to Raw Freedom as this will include a date and time stamp which will be used in any dispute to assess the date and time at which your request was sent.

5. If, after 7 days, you have received no reply to an email or letter, regarding cancellation, it will be your duty to contact us again by phone, 0117 902 9398, to request that the matter be looked into. Failure to contact us in this eventuality will cause us to set your cancellation notification date to whenever you next contact us regarding this matter; there will be no exceptions, even if you have proof of sending. You MUST phone us after 7 days if you have had no response from us regarding your cancellation.

6. For every product and event there will be an administration charge associated with cancellation, regardless of the notice given. This amount will cover administration costs. The least this amount will be is, without prejudice, 10% of the total cost of the product. Where the chosen method of payment is by instalments, the charge will be 10% of the total amount you would have paid if you had completed the payment plan.

7. Please note, any and all refund amounts will be confirmed in writing, via email within 7 days of confirmation of your notice to cancel a program or event. The refund will be paid to you within 30 days of the email confirmation of amount due. We will process the payment as soon as possible and it may arrive with you sooner than this. In any event it will be paid to you no later than 30 days from the date of the confirmation email.

8. Method of payment of refund: If you paid for a Raw Freedom program or event via PayPal then your repayment will be via PayPal. If you paid via cheque, cash or bank transfer then you will receive your refund by either cheque or bank transfer, by arrangement between ourselves and you. In either case the date of sending will be within 30 days of the date of the confirmation email, we cannot accept any liability for the date of receipt with either of these methods of payment.

9. Before deciding to commit to any Raw Freedom product, event or program, please make sure you agree with these terms and conditions.

10. For clarity the following is a table format of the stages that requesting a refund will follow:

The refund due within the last 6 weeks before the start date of the retreat is due only in the event that your place can be filled.
If you have to cancel your place and you can help us to find a replacement for you on the retreat this will help ensure your refund is payable.
However if no replacement can be found before the start date your refund will be based on the table below.
